This page explains how to request deletion of your LIRA account and the personal information and content associated with it.
This is provided as a public web resource, separate from the LIRA application itself, so you can request deletion whether or not you can currently sign in to your account.
Before you request deletion
- Deleting your account is permanent. Your account record, uploaded documents, extracted text, research workspaces, research memory and knowledge structures, writing and analysis history, and related database records will be removed from LIRA’s servers, subject to the limited legal-retention exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
- This does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play, cancel it separately through Google Play’s subscription management. If you purchased through LIRA’s web or desktop payment system, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- This does not automatically delete your sign-in identity. LIRA uses Supabase to manage your email/password sign-in. Deleting your LIRA account removes your LIRA data; if you also want your sign-in credential removed, say so in your request below and we will action both together.
How to request deletion
If you can sign in to LIRA: open the app, go to Settings → Privacy & your data, and select Delete account data. You will be asked to type a confirmation before anything is deleted.

Please include:
- The email address associated with your LIRA account.
- Whether you would also like your Supabase sign-in credential deleted (yes/no).
- Any other details that help us verify the request is yours.
What happens next
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, then process deletion of the account and associated data. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, necessary for legitimate security purposes, or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — see our Privacy Policy for details.
